health services in India. With the vision of providing world-class healthcare solutions
using innovative technology, the platform can reach consumers across the
country through an easy-to-use interface available on web and mobile. The
platform combines Apollo Group’s extensive physical network and capabilities
with a comprehensive and distinctive digital ecosystem that includes online
medicine delivery, virtual doctor consultation, online diagnostic test booking,
condition management and personal health record maintenance.

In view of the pandemic, the platform is offering a
coronavirus cough and risk scanner, post-Covid care as well as information
around vaccines. Apollo 24|7 will soon include an AI-based health predictor,
wellbeing partner offerings for pre-clinical health needs and targeted health
insurance programs.

communication experiences at scale including chat, voice, video and text
messaging.
