National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MentorKart and IIT Guwahati to launch a Post Graduate Certification Program in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to make them employable and industry ready.

The initiative focuses on introducing a credit-based certification courses in cutting-edge skills and facilitates their smooth transition into internships and employment within the technology sector. The MoU was exchanged between Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO, NSDC and MD of NSDC International, and Ashish Khare, CEO, MentorKart- a Career and JobTech platform.

It is built with extensive input from industry leaders, ensuring curriculum relevance and incorporating real-world project opportunities. Additionally, flexible learning options with micro-credentials, aligned with NCVET and NSQF guidelines, will provide pathways for seamless career growth opportunities. The program will also include a Campus Immersion option, providing a one-week campus immersion experience to enhance the practical learning environment.
