A landmark publication on MSME Financing & Banks was officially launched today at the Rajasthan MSME Samvad 2025, organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Jaipur Chapter. The book was unveiled by Shri Renu Raj, General Manager, Bureau of Investment Promotion, Government of Rajasthan, in the august presence of eminent leaders, entrepreneurs, and over 250 members of the MSME community.

The launch ceremony was graced by: Dr. Jayshree Periwal, Chairperson, ICC Rajasthan State Council, Shri Jai Krishan Jajoo, Co-Chairperson, ICC Rajasthan State Council, Shri K.L. Jain, President, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Senior bankers, industrialists, and more than 200 MSME entrepreneurs.

The book on MSME Financing & Banks is designed as a comprehensive guide for entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals in the MSME sector. It highlights: The evolving landscape of MSME financing in India. The role of banks and financial institutions in driving entrepreneurship. The book is authored by Mr. Krishan Kumar Gupta, Director at Resurgent India Limited and a veteran in Indian banking and finance with over 40 years of experience . Having served in key leadership roles at the Central Bank of India, including as General Manager for its largest zones in Delhi and Mumbai, he has overseen business volumes exceeding ₹20,000 crore and trained senior executives as visiting faculty. Mr. Gupta is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate finance, SME advisory, regulatory compliance, and international banking. His current work at Resurgent India involves guiding a team of 250 professionals delivering debt, equity, and transaction advisory solutions with a 100% success rate. He has also contributed to several government committees and has been honored with multiple awards, including recognition as one of the Most Admired BFSI Professionals.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Renu Raj emphasized the crucial role MSMEs play in shaping Rajasthan’s and India’s economic growth and underscored the need for accessible and innovative financing solutions. Dr. Jayshree Periwal and other dignitaries lauded the initiative, noting that the book comes at a pivotal time when MSMEs are striving to scale up amidst evolving global and domestic challenges.
