EV charging stations across 171 locations, operates 108 in-house
organic waste composting plants, and runs 85 water bottling plants to
reduce dependence on single-use plastics. Additionally, 54% of
wastewater across its hotels is recycled.

initiatives include support for watershed restoration, rainwater harvesting,
revival of traditional water bodies and groundwater recharge across Gujarat,
Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, targeting 50 lakh cubic metres of water
recharge and savings over three years, while supporting local livelihoods and
ecological resilience.
IHCL has
defined several short and long-term goals to be fulfilled by 2030 under Paathya.
From 50% energy from renewable sources, 100% elimination of single-use plastic across all its
hotels to ensuring 100% of waste water is reused, the company's 100% of hotels will be certified to a global
sustainability standard.
