New Delhi, 20th October 2020: The world’s largest Ayurvedic products maker Dabur India Limited announced a mega social initiative in 7 cities on Global Hand Washing Day celebrated every year on 15th October in Partnership with CRPF.
Dabur has launched a campaign to mark Global Hand Washing Day under which it distributed ‘Dabur Sanitize Germ Protection Soaps’ across selected cities among the frontline workers including CRPF, Police, Doctors, Nurses & Support staff.
The initiative aims to creating awareness about the importance of washing hands regularly particularly when we are facing a threat like COVID19 along with thanking the frontline workers for their dedicated service for the nation even during tough time. The on ground executing agency for this campaign was Marketing Architects Communication.

The frontline workers like CRPF personnel & Police, and Health workers have been working tirelessly to keep us all protected from this pandemic. At Dabur, we have pledged our support to fight this pandemic. As part of this commitment, we are supporting the frontline bravehearts with our Dabur Sanitize Germ Protection Soap, which provide hygiene to the Corona Warriors during these challenging times. More than 2.85 Lakh Dabur Sanitize Germ Protection soaps will be distributed to CRPF Centers & Quarters, Polices Stations & Police Quarters, Select Government Hospitals and Municipality Offices.
“The was particularly a challenging and mammoth task to plan and execute such a number in one single day spread over 7 cities over 120 locations all at the same time. This was a unique initiative as at the time almost all competition were heavily dependent on social media to generate awareness, Dabur India took the responsibilities to actually go on-ground and raise awareness and also help by providing the soap to inspire to wash hand regularly. We distributed 2.85 lac. of soap in one day to CRPF, Police, Health workers and Sanitation staff while maintain all norms of social distancing and sanitization. The cities were Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Vijawada, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Ahmedabad,” Mr. Ankur Rajgadhia, Marketing Architects Communication further added.
