Physiotherapy MCHP alumnus Mr Sumansh Sivalanka (BPT, MPT) is one of the Team Physiotherapist of Indian Badminton Team (Badminton Association of India) and he has been part of Team delegation of Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Badminton champion Ms PV Sindhu bagged the Bronze medal in this Olympics and she is the first female Indian athlete to win two medals at the Olympic Games for the consecutive years.

The delegation was invited for Indian Independence Day Celebrations 2021 and was felicitated with High Tea by Hon'ble President Shri Ramnath Govind, Hon'ble Vice President Shri Venkaiah Naidu and Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at Rastrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi on August 15, 2021.
