Tata Hitachi, one of India’s oldest construction machinery companies and India’s largest excavator company, is a joint venture between Tata Motors and Hitachi Construction Machinery. The partnership commenced in 1984 and is today one of the longest-standing JVs in the industry. The company has a manufacturing presence in Dharwad and Kharagpur and over 240 customer facing touchpoints including sales and service.

Tata Hitachi today unveiled its new dealership, Ensol Infratech Pvt Ltd, in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Inaugurated by Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Tata Hitachi, the dealership is a one-stop-shop for sales, service, and parts. The dealership is already servicing over 750 Tata Hitachi machines in the territory. This branch will go a long way in augmenting Tata Hitachi’s footprint in the state.

“This forms part of Tata Hitachi’s continuing endeavour to provide best-in-class sales and service support by enhancing our proximity to customers,” said Sandeep Singh. “The idea is to ensure maximum reach in minimum possible time. We are confident that this new branch will further reinforce our capabilities to better service the customer,” he added.

Ensol Infratech is a part of Ensol Group, which started its journey 22 years ago with small service contract jobs, and soon diversified into manufacturing and dealerships. The group is now active in the areas of waste management and logistic solutions. Ensol Infratech started with nine offices in fourteen districts with sales, service and parts, and a machine care facility at Jaipur.

“We are proud to service customers with Tata Hitachi excavators ranging from 2-tonne to 40-tonne classes, Shinrai Backhoe Loader and wheel loading shovels,” said Arun Sharma, Joint Managing Director, Ensol Infratech. “We intend to be within four to five hours distance from major machine pockets. To this end we have introduced a mobile workshop, a Field Diagnostic Vehicle (FDV) and parts delivery vans,” added Sunil Kataria, Joint MD, Ensol Infratech.
