Jaipur, February, 2023.

Eternal Health Hospital (EHCC) and Numen Health have collaborated to offer cardiac patients a remote health program, where they can access physicians directly, and receive assistance from highly qualified medical professionals associated with Numen via a mobile application. The comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation program offers patients support and guidance to aid in their recovery, while providing convenience and cost-effectiveness. It helps them achieve better cardiovascular health through regular monitoring from the comfort of their own homes, reducing the strain on both their finances and the healthcare system.

The doctor-led program helps patients experience significant improvement in quality of life and better health outcomes by providing them with a comprehensive treatment plan to manage their heart condition. Goal-based interventions facilitate regular patient checkups, medical treatment, modifications in behavior and lifestyle, nutrition advice, support services, and post-treatment care from the comfort of the patient’s home.

After being referred by their doctors, patients receive personalized and multi-faceted treatments from Numen Health, for 3 or 6-month periods, depending on each patient's health status. Under this partnership, medical experts from Eternal Hospital and Numen Health will provide personalized follow-up and care tailored to each patient's individual needs, until they reach their desired health goals.

“Managing a complex disease is tough, not just for the patient but also for their family. We make internationally recognized treatment available to patients from the comfort of their homes in partnership with their treating doctor/ hospital. We serve all of Rajasthan and are blessed to partner with great institutions like EHCC and their Doctors. Their enthusiasm to serve patients with the best care possible is infectious and we are continuously striving to help them in their noble goal by bringing the best technology in their and their patients hands” said, Pallav Singh, CEO & Co-Founder, Numen Health.

"Digital cardiac rehabilitation programs provide an innovative and efficient way for patients to get the help and support they need to improve their cardiovascular health. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are India's leading cause of death, making cardiac rehabilitation programs essential for our healthcare system. CVDs account for over 25 percent of all deaths in India and disproportionately affect rural populations. Digital rehabilitation programs can break geographical and economic barriers to ensure quality medical care and promote lifestyle changes for cardiac patients. By implementing these programs across India, we can help reduce the burden of CVDs and improve the quality of life for those affected by this condition” added, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Director- Interventional Cardiology, Eternal Hospital.

The Numen Health program can be accessed through the Numen Health app, available on both the iOS App Store and the Android Google Play Store.
