In order to bring
together experts from India and rest of the world to discuss the latest advancements
in the fields of photonics and metamaterials, Mahindra University will be
hosting the Indo-French conference on Frontiers in Photonics and Metamaterials
(IFCFPM) from April 20-22. The
conference is being jointly organized by Mahindra
University – Ecole Centrale School of Engineering (India) and Ecole centrale
group of institutions (France).
IFCFPM2023 is an international platform for
researchers, academicians, young scientists, and industry professionals to
discuss and exchange ideas on the latest advancements in the field of Photonics
and Metamaterials. The conference will provide a unique opportunity for
participants to interact with experts in the field, showcase their research,
and explore potential collaborations. For students, this can mean networking
with potential employers or collaborators, discovering new research avenues,
and gaining exposure to state-of-the-art research and career opportunities.
This conference will bring together global experts and
researchers from abroad and India to highlight state-of-the-art and emerging
challenges in optics, terahertz photonics, Biophotonics, and other optics
related fields.
During next 3 days, lectures will be delivered by
eminent subject experts, like Prof. David Payen, ORC Southampton University,
Prof. Walter Belardi, Université de Lille, France, Prof. Miguel Alonso,
Marseille University, France, Prof. VenguLakshminarayan, University of
Waterloo, Canada Prof. Achanta Gopal, Director NPL New Delhi, India, Prof. G
Ravindra Kumar, TIFR Mumbai, India, Prof. Nikolay Zheludev, Southampton
University & NTU Singapore, and many other eminent speakers from
around the world.
