In a thrilling conclusion to the 2026 Turkish Airlines Open,Mikael Lindbergclaimed the title with a total of 278 (-10) strokes at the National Golf Club in Belek, Antalya, withGuido Migliozziand Daniel Rodrigues finishing as runners up. The award was handed to Mikael Lindberg byMinister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye Dr. Osman Aşkın Bakand Turkish Airlines Chief Commercial Officer Harun Baştürk.
The
award ceremony was attended byMinister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of
Türkiye Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak,former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Member of
the Turkish Parliament Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Governor of Antalya Hulusi Şahin,
Turkish Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer Harun Baştürk, President of the
Turkish Golf Federation Yıldırım Demirören, Owner of Regnum Hotels Fikret
Öztürk, and DP World Tour’s Director of Tournament Business Mark Casey.
Speaking
at the ceremony, Turkish Airlines Chief Commercial Officer Harun Baştürkstated:

Turkish Airlines’ commitment to
golf spans both professional and amateur levels. Since 2013, the flag carrier
has hosted the Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup, world’s largest amateur golf
tournament. The latest edition of the tournament was held in 122 destinations
in 83 countries.
