The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, paid floral tributes to Shri R. Venkataraman, former President of India, on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (December 4, 2019). The President, family members of Shri R. Venkataraman as well as officers and staff of the President’s Secretariat paid respects before a portrait of Shri Venkataraman.
