Jaipur, December, 2019: Zappfresh, India’s firstfully-integrated Fresh Meat brand, today announced its launch in Jaipur. With this launch, Zappfresh now has a direct footprint in eightcities across India which includes Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula and now Jaipur.

Zappfresh is rated as Delhi’s most loved direct – to – home fresh meat brand. The company is pursuing an aggressive growth plan to increase its footprint across the country in a bid to garner market share in the $35 billion meat market which is mostly dominated by the unorganized players. With the launch in Jaipur, Zappfresh moves forward in this vision.

After the Pink city launch, Zappfresh will further expand to new cities in FY 20-21. Food is almost 30% of all spends of the wallet, of which almost 35 Billion is the meat consumption in India.  Apart from this, the meat sector is hugely unorganized. The meat processing methods are still very conventional and carried out in an unhygienic manner. This is the reason why Zappfresh wanted to bring in a significant change in the industry by bringing in newer methods,and technological advancements. At the same time, Zappfresh is working along with farmers to ensure sustainable livestock production thereby providing better returns to the producers.
