Jaipur, October, 2021.
OMOTEC (On My Own Technology), Mumbai based
Tech-school and a dynamic innovation & research centre announces the launch
of the Omotool Kit Mini, an electronics experimentation kit, which is geared to
help students tinker with academic physics concepts using electronics
components that are found in most of the smart electronic devices that we use
today.
The basic but real components
in the tool kit lets students understand their environment and know more about
energy by being hands-on with electronics and creating their own tech projects
and build simple & medium complex gadgets.
The applications that
can be attempted with the help of the kit include controlling the speed of a
fan, the brightness of light, working of streetlights, controlling of traffic
signals, how doorbells work, powering up decorative lights with different
combinations and many more everyday electronic applications.
Omotool kit mini has
62 different real life components which allows students to make 30 unique
projects.
The Omotool kit Mini comes
with a user manual with detailed
chapters on the projects, along with LIVE interactive coaching by trained
engineers as tutors. Each of the components used in the kit is explained
complete with real-life examples, technical symbols and theoretical
information.
“We launched the Omotool kit at the recently held Education 5.0 School
Principals Summit, edition 2021, focussing on ‘Innovation in Education - Way
Forward 2030’. The kit was a step towards furthering the idea behind the
summit, transforming the present education system to an action- and
outcome-based knowledge system.” Says Shekhar Jain, Founder, OMOTEC
The Omotool kit,
enabling students to think logically and improve their practical knowledge to
build their own new innovative devices, is a result of Omotec’s pioneering
efforts at mapping hands-on application of mathematics, science and
technological concepts in the real world for all the school boards.
OMOTEC’s approach
is rooted in robotics and coding, making it indispensably relevant for our
future generation.
