JCB India Limited today inaugurated its dealer, Mayank Equipment’s new
facility in Bikaner. Offering JCB India’s full Product Portfolio, the newly
inaugurated state-of-the-art facility is set to provide an unmatched customer
experience in Bikaner and surrounding areas. The facility will have a trained
and competent team for Sales, Service and Parts along with on-site support.
Spread across 15,000 sq. ft, the facility
features an integrated workshop with a three-bay workshop along with mobile
service vans, a parts van, and a LiveLink command center to ensure the professional
product support and an enhanced customer experience.

Mayank Equipments has been a JCB India dealer

processes.

The facility’s state-of-the-art fully
operational LiveLink command centre will enable 24x7 fleet management support

improve productivity. It gives information on the Service, Operations, and
Security of JCB machines, through which JCB has radically changed and improved
the customer experience of its machines.
