New Delhi, November, 2024.
Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL), a leading power
utility supplying electricity to a populace of around 9 million in North Delhi,
has announced the launch of its campaign ‘Green Warriors 3.0’,the third chapter
of its sustainability awareness initiative. The campaign invites decision
makers, brands and individuals to share their unique sustainability stories and
establish their significance in making decisions that will impact the future of
sustainability.Through this campaign, the discom aims to highlight the need to
switch to sustainable practicesto address the critical issue of climate change
and global warming.
The campaign aligns
with Tata Power-DDL’s “Urja Arpan” initiative, which aims to encourage
responsible and optimal electricity consumption through energy-efficient
products and services among individuals and organizations. It also seeks to
create a platform for business leaders to inspire and motivate others to adopt
sustainable lifestyle for a greener tomorrow.
The Green Warriors 3.0 campaign is divided into two categories: B2B and B2C.B2B participants are invited to submit their sustainability story and its impact in the form of a 2-minute video. Each video entry should include three parts: an introduction of the company, one major sustainable initiative implemented by the company and its impact. Entries are to be shared through WeTransfer or WeSendIt at corporate.communication@tatapower-ddl.com by December 2024 along with your name, business and contact number.
B2C participants can participate in the weekly Sustainability Challenge on Tata Power-DDL's social media page.The last date for submission of entry is December 2024 (T&C applied).
In the B2B category, the top 5 video entries will be rewarded and in the B2C category, the top 10 entries will receive attractive gifts. All entries will be featured on Tata Power-DDL's official social media platforms. Winners will receive a Certificate of Excellence, while all participants will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.
The entries will be evaluated and judged by an eminent jury comprising of senior officials from Tata Power-DDL.
