Recruiters in Jaipur are measuring hiring success in money. New
research from LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, reveals that
cost per hire is the most important measure of recruitment success for 70% of
recruiters in Jaipur, pointing to the financial scrutiny over hiring efforts
and returns. Quality of hire (61%) and revenue per employee (58%) are also
among the top metrics of hiring success for Jaipur’s recruiters.
LinkedIn’s India Hiring
ROI research, based on responses from over 1,300 HR professionals across 10
cities, finds that more than half (54%) of recruiters in Jaipur are investing
up to 70% of their hiring budgets to recruitment tech and AI tools to improve
hiring outcomes. More than 7 in 10 (72%) organisations use online job platforms
like LinkedIn to measure these outcomes.

challenge. Across the country, companies in the IT & technology sector face
similar issues – 64% struggle to find the right skills mix, and 69% say it’s
tough to find talent quickly. Global Capability Centres (GCCs), which are betting
big on Jaipur, cite lack of training opportunities (82%) and mismatch between
global goals and local talent availability (68%) as their biggest talent
barriers in the city.

AI-powered screening and hiring tools (57%) to hire faster and better. The IT
sector, which is creating significant employment opportunities in Jaipur, is
also leaning towards data analytics – 74% of IT & tech organisations across
the country are using the tool for better recruitment decisions.
Recruiters are seeing measurable results: increased efficiency
(49%), freeing up time for high-value tasks (43%), better alignment with
business goals (40%) are the top benefits of AI-powered hiring tools.
As AI adoption grows, 91% percent of recruiters in Jaipur
