‘Real Estate Expo’ all set to start today at Rajmahal Palace
in Jaipur. Real estate developers are all set to put up their best show
at the expo. The Expo will be inaugurated at 12 noon. Minister of Industries,
Ms Shakuntala Rawat; PHED Minister, Mr Mahesh Joshi; Chairman, RTDC, Mr
Dharmendra Rathore, and Chairman, RERA, Mr N.C. Goyal will be attending the
inauguration ceremony. Number of Ministers and bureaucrats have confirmed to visit
the expo during the next 4 days. The Expo will be on till 11 April. This was
informed by the President of CREDAI Rajasthan, Mr Dhirendra Madan.
Expo Convenor, Mr Girraj Agarwal informed that properties ranging from Rs 4
lakhs to Rs 6 crores will be on offer at the Expo. This will include properties
like – premium residential, affordable housing, villas, townships, commercial
shops, offices, studios, farmhouses, resort housing, etc.
General Secretary, CREDAI Rajasthan, Mr Rajendra Singh Pachar said that as many
as 36 prominent developers will be showcasing over 300 projects from Jaipur,
NCR, Jodhpur, and other cities of Rajasthan. A big cafeteria has been set up to
serve buffet and international cuisine to the visitors. Apart from this, daily
lucky draw coupons will be offered to the visitors where they will have a
chance to win household AC, TV, fridge, and a stay in a luxury hotel. He
further said that for the first time in India, farms will also be sold through
this expo.
Chairman, CREDAI Rajasthan, Mr Anurag Sharma said that prominent developers
have decided to increase the selling cost of property after the Expo.
Construction cost has been increased by Rs 500 per sq. ft. due to price
increase in raw materials for construction. However, the participating
developers have decided to offer their properties at old prices till 11 April.
